Fees
Sessions can be adapted to cater for your specific needs and requirements as an individual or group. In order to recieve suitable training, groups will not exceed 12 people. One-to-one coaching is also available. Workshops run at Brockencote Hall in Worcestershire or can take place in-house, provided there are suitable facilities.
Posture, health and wellbeing days at Brockencote Hall include refreshments, a delicious lunch and afternoon tea in a beautifully calm setting, perfect for relaxing and undertaking the workshops at ease. This day costs just £195 per person. Group booking discounts are available. Book your place at the next workshop here.
In-house posture training is offered as a half day session costing £675 for a maximum of 15 people (that's just £45 per employee). Book two sessions for the one day and save £150. Two half day sessions, which could accomodate 30 people in total, costs £1,200 (just £40 per employee). Bespoke packages are available.
Rob also offers a consultancy service at £495 per day.

A posture, health and wellbeing session
In a posture, health and wellbeing session you will learn the knowledge and skills needed to achieve and maintain good posture. Rob Holcroft will explain how best to position your body to get the most out of it as well as other ways to help find relief from stress and aches and pains. You will receive individually tailored advice and guidance on how to develop awareness of your bad posture habits and then explore how to correct them.
Rob provides a perfect mix of theory and practice to enable you to really feel a personal development, physically, mentally and emotionally. He uses traditional principles from tried and tested posture and alignment techniques and combines them with his own methods and unique approach, developed over the last fourteen years, to give a truly enlightening and enjoyable experience.
